旋翼植保无人机在施药作业过程中,雾滴的沉积分布与其旋翼旋转产生的下洗气流流场相互作用,直接影响药液喷幅。本文通过建立单旋翼植保无人机三维计算流体动力学模型与雾滴喷雾分布模型,研究了单旋翼植保无人机下洗气流流场分布及其在下洗流作用下的雾滴沉积分布规律。研究结果表明,旋翼在工作过程中产生了明显的下洗气流场,且随着转速的增加核心区域下洗气流速度增大;随着截面逐渐远离喷射位置,喷雾范围逐渐扩大,有效覆盖面积增大。随着喷射点药液初始流量增加,呈现出整体药液粒径增大的趋势,且有效作用范围增大;随着旋流雾化压强的增大,粒径逐渐减小,喷射面积范围下降。 |

The deposition distribution of droplets interacts with the downwash flow field generated by the rotation of the rotor during the spraying process of plant protection drones,directly affecting the spraying amplitude of the pesticide.In this paper,the three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics model and the droplet spray distribution model of the single rotor plant protection drone are established to study the downwash flow field and the droplet deposition distribution under the downwash flow of the single rotor plant protection drone.The research results show that the rotor generates a significant downwash airflow during operation,and the downwash airflow velocity in the core region increases with the increase of rotational speed.With the section gradually away from the spray position,the range of spray gradually expands,and the effective coverage area increases.As the initial flow rate of the spray pesticide increases,there is a trend of increasing overall pesticide particle size,and the effective range of action increases.As the swirl atomization pressure increases,the particle size gradually decreases and the spray area range decreases. |
