在实际工程中,对桁架结构的尺寸和形状进行合理优化,可以充分发挥材料性能,提高结构刚度、强度和可靠性。本文提出了利用变分法并结合桁架结构位移求解方程建立位移泛函,推导出两类变分优化方法。以桁架结构中结点位置和杆件截面面积为设计变量,用钢量为约束条件,指定结点位移为目标函数,对防屈曲桁架结构进行尺寸和形状优化。与有限元软件优化计算进行对比,本文方法不需要对结构进行多次重复计算,可以更快得到优化解,并且计算方法具有良好的精度和可靠性,可为实际工程提供设计依据。 |

In practical engineering,the reasonable optimization of the size and shape of a truss structure can give full play to the material properties and improve the stiffness,strength and reliability of the structure.In this paper,a displacement functional is established by using variational method and the equation of equilibrium for the truss structure in terms of displacements.Two kinds of variational optimization methods are derived.The size and shape of the anti-buckling truss structure are optimized by taking the joint positions and the section areas of the steel truss members as the design variables,the amount of steel used as the constraint condition,and the joint displacement as the objective function.Compared with the optimization calculation of a finite element software package,the proposed method does not need to repeat the calculation of the structure many times,and can get the optimal solution faster moreover,the method has good accuracy and reliability,and can provide a design basis for practical engineering. |
