天然纤维增强材料(NFRC)在潮湿环境下会不可避免地出现吸湿老化行为,严重影响该类材料和结构的稳定性。为分析该问题,本文引入非线性前屈曲效应,提出了一种适用于NFRC截断圆锥壳屈曲问题的精确分析方法。首先,基于Donnell壳体理论推导了NFRC圆锥壳的屈曲控制方程。其次,采用伽辽金法求解非线性轴对称前屈曲变形,并在此基础上进一步求解获得高精度的临界屈曲载荷以及解析的屈曲模态。最后,通过与已有文献和数值仿真对比,验证了本文方法的精确性,并分析了纤维参数和吸湿老化效应参数对NFRC截断圆锥壳屈曲行为的影响。本文的研究结果有望为该类NFRC截断圆锥壳的抗屈曲设计提供理论基础。 |

Natural fiber-reinforced materials (NFRC) will inevitably show hygroscopic aging behavior in a humid environment,which seriously affects the stability of such materials and structures.To solve this issue,an accurate method for buckling of NFRC truncated conical shells is proposed in this paper by introducing the nonlinear pre- buckling effect.Firstly,the buckling governing equations of NFRC conical shells are derived based on Donnell shell theory.Secondly,the Galerkin method is employed to determine the nonlinear axisymmetric pre-buckling deformation.On this basis,accurate critical buckling loads and analytical buckling modes are obtained.Finally,the accuracy of the proposed method is verified by comparing with reference solutions and numerical simulations.The effects of hygroscopic aging effects on buckling behaviors of NFRC truncated conical shells are discussed.The presented results provide a theoretical basis for the anti-buckling design of NFRC truncated conical shells. |
