采用离散单元法(DEM)建立了节点球连接球柱纤维模型,进行了弹性和弹塑性纤维束的数值仿真,模拟了单股、7股和19股纤维束扭转过程。还进行单股和7股纤维束扭转试验,并与离散单元法仿真进行对比,验证了模型的准确性。结果表明,大扭转刚度纤维构成的纤维束能够承受更大的外部荷载;相同等效横截面积的纤维束,在扭转角度相同的情况下,19股纤维束能承受的扭矩大于7股纤维束。 |

A bonded sphero-cylindrical fiber model was established using the Discrete Element Method(DEM)for both elastic and elasto-plastic fiber bundles,which were applied to simulate the torsional process of single strand,seven-strand and nineteen-strand fiber bundles.Additionally,experiments of torsion tests were conducted on single strand and seven-strand fiber bundles,and the results were compared with the DEM simulations to validate the accuracy of the models.The findings indicate that fiber bundles composed of high torsional stiffness fibers can withstand larger external loads.Furthermore,for fiber bundles with the same equivalent cross-sectional area,the nineteen-strand fiber bundle can withstand larger torques compared to the seven-strand fiber bundle when subjected to the same torsional angle. |
