注塑成型在塑料工业生产中占据重要地位,注塑模具的散热能力影响着塑料制品的生产效率以及产品质量。本文基于变密度拓扑优化方法,以最小化结构平均温度为目标,研究了注塑模具冷却管道的拓扑优化问题。由于在注塑成型过程中模具会受到注塑机施加的克服塑件胀模力的巨大锁模力,故本文还将模具结构承载性能作为优化的评价指标。最终基于开源平台OpenFOAM对此三维流-热-力耦合拓扑优化问题进行求解,得到了具有制造可行性的冷却管道设计。 |

Injection moulding plays an important role in the production of plastics and the cooling performance of injection moulds affects the productivity as well as quality of plastic products as well as product quality. This paper investigates the topology optimisation of the cooling system for injection moulds based on the density-based topology optimisation approach with the objective of minimising the average temperature of the structure. As the mould is subjected to a large clamping force applied by the injection moulding machine to overcome the expansion force of the moulded part during the injection moulding process, the structural load-bearing performance of the mould is also used as a constraint function. Based on the open source platform OpenFOAM, this 3D flow-thermal-mechanical coupled topology optimisation problem is solved and a manufacturing-feasible cooling system design is obtained. |
