给出了一种适用于车身等复杂附加阻尼结构系统的有限元建模和动态特性分析方法,包括附加自由阻尼薄壁结构和附加阻尼材料粘弹性特性的有限元建模方法以及附加阻尼结构动态特性的有限元分析方法。在此基础上,又以强迫振动响应最小为优化设计目标,给出了一个附加阻尼结构的拓扑优化设计方法,包括优化设计问题的列式和适用的求解算法。通过对一个简单薄壁构件和一个车身地板上的附加阻尼结构的拓扑优化设计,验证了提出的有限元分析和拓扑优化设计方法的有效性。 |

A finite element (FE) modeling and analysis method is proposed for the dynamic analysis of complex structures with free damping such as car bodies,which consists of effective FE modeling methods for both thin-walled structures with free damping and visco-elastic material characteristics,and suitable FE analysis methods for their dynamic analysis as well.A topology optimization method is then proposed for optimal design of damping treatments with the objective of minimizing forced response,which consists of design optimization problem formulation and choice of suitable solution algorithms.The applied damping of both a simple thin plate and a practical car floor panel are analyzed and optimized,which demonstrates the effectiveness of the proposed analysis and topology optimization methods. |
