通过对钨合金杆侵彻半无限厚铝合金靶问题的数值模拟,研究了高速侵彻中动能杆材料属性与侵彻性能的影响关系。计算采用的弹塑性流体本构模型中,用来描述材料属性的主要参数有:失效应变、屈服强度、剪切模量等。数值结果表明,失效应变是影响侵深的主要参数,而屈服强度和剪切模量对侵深的影响很小。另外,在此基础上,对着速在785 m/s~1924 m/s范围内的动能杆侵彻问题进行了数值模拟,计算结果与试验数据符合较好。 |

Through simulations of a tungsten-alloy rod impacting a semi-infinite aluminum-alloy target, the effect of material properties on the ballistic performance of kinetic energy rod was studied in this paper. As for the modeling of an elastic-plastic hydrodynamic material in LS-DYNA program, the primary parameters to describe material properties of the rod includes: failure strain, yield stress and shear modulus, etc. The relations between above parameters and depth of penetration were investigated, and simulation results show that failure strain is the most dominant parameter as far as penetration depth is concerned. In addition, based on these results, numerical simulations of penetration tests within the impact velocity regime from 785m/s to 1924m/s were performed, and the numerical results were in good agreement with the experimental data. |
