基于颗粒材料离散颗粒模型及颗粒流方案,通过数值试验研究了筒仓泄料过程中影响颗粒流发生阻塞的若干因素,给出了阻塞概率随筒仓底部开口半径及倾角、颗粒间摩擦系数及颗粒粒径分布的关系曲线。基于颗粒簇的概念,进一步研究了颗粒形状的影响,并对颗粒材料阻塞时的力链分布特征进行简要分析。 |

Based on the discrete particle model of granular materials and particle flow method, the factors which is related to jamming during the discharge of granular materials from a silo are investigated by numerical approach, curves of jamming probability vs. the opening diameter and the slope angle of silo, the frictional coefficient and particle size distribution of granular materials are presented. Moreover, the effect of particle shape is explored by construction of cluster. Additionally, the characteristic of forces chains in granular materials when jamming appears is briefly analyzed. |
