利用粘塑性本构模型模拟粗晶超塑性单轴拉伸。数值结果表明,颈缩的位置及发展过程受拉伸应变速率的影响。不只一处分散不均匀变形相互牵制与协调,使材料得以在接近均匀的状态下经受大的变形,模拟得到的局部应变速率演化曲线,可以预测变形局部化发展的情况。 |

Numerical simulations were conducted on uniaxial tensions of the coarse|grained superplasticity using viscoplastic constitutive equations. Simulated results showed that the positions and the evolution processes of necks are influenced by tensile strain rates. Restrictions and accommodations between scattered localizations promote large uniform deformation. Localized deformation characteristics can be found by viewing the strain rate evolution for different positions. |
