| In this paper, the evolutionary random excitations acting on structures are assumed to be non uniformly modulated, i.e. the modulation functions depend both on time and frequency. The corresponding pseudo excitation method (PEM) is derived. By combining PEM with the High Precision Direct (HPD) integration scheme, the time dependent PSD of various structural responses can be computed precisely and very quickly. |
